Halloween has just past and I am sure some of you have celebrated it with great fun! Children might have gone from home to home for Trick or Treat. While the adults might attended Halloween custome party, dressed up as some spooky creatures, such as the famous monsters, ghosts, skeletons, devils and witches. However, I have observed a different spooky experiences, which I plan to share with you here.
It was a Tuesday evening. I came across a need to call a friend, C, I have not met for almost 2 years. However, since his contact was stored in my old mobile phone that I have lost, I could not reach him. I didn't attempt to find out how to reach him, hoping to be able to catch him online later.
Exactly as described in most Law of Attraction related books as a typical example, C called me the next day!
'C, I was about to call you' was my reply when I answer his call. He laughed and replied, 'That's spooky!' He continue to state his intention and we agreed to meet on the same weekend.
During our dinner, we shared a lot of our recent experiences, including my great journey within Switzerland during mid of the year. I have also shared with C my vision and life goals. It felt so spooky when C shared with me his plan, which are in sync with mine.
I felt awesome when I start to experience more and more incidents/scenarios that are in total alignment with what I am attracting. They lead to goose bumps effect. I understood from Michael that goose bumps effect happen when the vibrations are in harmony. These are great evidences that will help me to eliminate doubts and enforce the 'Allowing It' step.
Hope that you are also enjoying and experiencing the same. Don't forget to capture and add them as entry in your compilations in the Abundance Journal.

13 Things You Can Do Right Now To Get What You Want
2) Decide. If you don't decide, nothing else can happen. You must feel the resolve of your decision 100%. 3) See. Use your imagination to see your vision. What is happening? Who is there? What is going on? Play the scenario's in your head. 4) Feel. Harness this most missed step in manifesting. Let the feelings of what you want and desire surface. Feel them now. 5) Think. Your thoughts create vibrations that the Universe matches, which creates what you know as your reality. Make sure you are consciously choosing thought that align you with what you want and desire. 6) Clear. Limited thoughts, mistaken beliefs, old baggage...must be cleared! 7) Act. Take action. But don't just move. Take inspired, clear action that you know is part of the momentum of your creation. 9) Trust. Infuse your consciousness and being with trust. Do you trust life? Do you trust yourself? Find a way to elevate your trust to a higher plane. 10) Allow. Learn how to open, receive and allow. Get out of the way. 11) Connect. Connect with whatever you know as a higher power, source or purpose. When you align with the greater rhythm of life, you are letting Universal laws work WITH you. 12) Raise. Engage in activity that raises your vibrations. High vibrations are a must for being a magnet for what you want and desire. 13) Thank. Give thanks! Gratitude is one of the most potent tools for using the Law of Attraction on purpose. Give thanks for what is. Feel gratitude for what will be. What Do You Really Want?”
I gave my winning speech on Law of Attraction fetching me 3rd prize in Toastmasters Cyberjaya area contest. As you know, I had been through things and things over the past 2 months. But I have had some amazing friends who stood by me. Then I realized that instead of wallowing in self pity, let's give back to people. The first step for that is to begin by building one self. Charity begins at home right! So this is my way of re-establishing myself.
I chose the topic of “What do you really want?”
First question is, do u really want to be sad, upset, angry or confused? No! No! No!
We all want to be happy and contended. So the actions should lead to those emotions. How do we do this?
People like Abraham Lincoln never gave up planning to develop himself. He had 12 astounding failures. Nervous breakdown , first sweetheart died, lost a lot of elections for government posts BUT he made it.
He is the greatest US president of all times. How do we do this?
Lets keep it simple with the 3 steps of LOA:
Step #1 : Ask WHAT do you really want? Really, really want. Not what u wish for. Not what u crave for. What is your burning desire? Identify that first. Believe me, sometimes what you wish for is not what you really want. Do you want prove? Look at people unhappy in relationships, jobs and other areas. And then look at other people who are so happy at what they do.
Step # 2 : Focus . Focus , focus. Concentrate on the task at hand. Not on what you don’t want. For example, you want to do well at a business presentation. Suddenly, you have a headache, you start worrying that people will not appreciate your presentation or you will get a stage fright. What would someone do? Buckle under pressure right? But what if you think of the end result only. Of the feeling of delivering a successful business presentation to accolades?
Isn’t that what a person would want?
Step # 3 : Belief. Remember Rocky? Stallone? A nobody who became a super star in Hollywood. He wrote the script for “Rocky” and got kicked out by all the major movie studios. He never gave up. Again and again he came back trying to sell his script. Failure after failure after failure. The man never gave up.
Finally MGM was willing to finance the movie for $50,000 and wanted to put someone else to act. He refused. People thought he was crazy! He was dead broke, got divorced and sometimes didn’t have money to pay for heat and spent time in library to keep warm! And here is this person rejecting a $25,000 offer. They raised the offer to 75,000 $ but he still insisted that he was born for this role. Finally MGM bought the script, cast him and the movie went on to make 200 Million US dollars in 1976! It also won academy awards and recognition. It is recognized as one of the top 10 movies of all time! Listen to Anthony Robbins narration of the Rocky story (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywuse55qU2A)
Now, compared to his story, is our life full of challenges? Is it not possible to accomplish our dreams? Yes we can.
Belief .. is the only virtue that moves mountains.
We can control the way we think. It’s a choice we make everday. I have decided to make my choice everyday as above. What is yours?

Free Will
God has given us choices in the creation of our lives .
According to the metaphysical world, we and God plan the journey of our lives , But we did not plan the precise thoughts, words and desicions .These details are up to us. We are given numerous choices and it is up to us to plan it and reach our spiritual goal any way we want.
The goal is the same, even though there are many different paths to it. Our objective it to reach enlightenment and we have countless options, choices and desicions to us while we walk our path on the earth.
The ability to get things we want is truly a gift from the God .We use our free will and psychic common sense to draw our heart's desite to us.

Karma
Karma in sanscrit means " deed or act" . It is actually a gift to us from God. It is actually a test , we move on higher if we pass each test. Most us of think that Karma is the "payback" from our previous deeds.
While it is true that whatever we give - either positive or negative - it will return to us in some way. Misconception of Karma - people tend to think that life is constantly paying us back for some unknown wrong we commited.
We are actually dealing with a higher spiritual issue here - Karma is the gift from God for our souls to " learn" .
For example. Lets say that your lover left you because you left her/him in your previous life and you may think that you are paying the price now - but that may be not the case.
The issue here is that your spirit wants to learn how it feels like being rejected or how it feels like to break someones heart. Remember we came here to learn the good and bad side of human beings. In metaphysical notion - Two souls came together because you had related issues to be resolved and ,lessons to learn .
This is based on the life plans created on the spirit world by you ! yes you ! for your soul to realise and move on to higher spiritual consiousness.
Example of good karma - is positive, loving relationship, good friends and families. Many times specific souls would re-incarnate with other compatible souls to accomplish a mission.Example :- Many times supreme soul Maha Vishnu reincarnated with his consort and other devas (angels) to destroy demons to establish righteousness on the Human world.
So folks -remember to be kind, helpful, share love and respect others - it is a safe way to guard your positive karma .We all have karma suitcase with us now -some of us with loads of negative lessons to learn and some of us with positive and joyful ones. Hopefully we have a lot of positive and joyful ones ;-)
Cheers

To succeed = PDCA (Plan –Do – Check –Act )
PDCA was made popular by Professor Deming.
PLAN - Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the specifications.
DO - Implement the processes
CHECK - Monitor and evaluate the processes and results against objectives and Specifications and report the outcome.
ACT - Apply actions to the outcome for necessary improvement.
This means reviewing all steps (Plan, Do, Check, Act) and modifying the process to improve it before its next implementation. This method was adopted by Japanese Motor industry and proven to be very effective.
But few of us know that a similar method have been written in the Saiva(Shiva) Siddhanta philosophy some 3000 years ago - We can use this PDCA to check our individual growth. Saiva Siddhandta method -
Just replace the PLAN to KNOW(Knowledge) and it becomes KDCA.
Example :- If we want to start of any business ventures. First we must have the knowledge of the market and the business before venturing into it. After getting the know how - we step into the business . After that - We need to CHECK constantly on the business progress and the market trend - Then ACT on any improvements /cost cutting structures (repeat the process itself - Know , Do, Check, Act)
Cheers

Don't be attached to the results
This is one of my favorite verse in the Bhagavad Gita ( Hindu holy scripture) by Lord Krishna. What it means that you should not worry about how things will turn out.
Know that no matter whathappens there is a divine plan in action.
Do your best and leave the rest to God. Follow dharmic rules or path of righteousness ( do good ,be good, hurt no one & etc). Whatever we do , first we must trust the divine force within ourselves to lead us to the right place at the right time.
You must trust yourself that you will always get what you should have for your spiritual growth and wellbeingIf you are on your last $$$ and the credit card payment is due. stop worrying about paying for Credit card debts and start concentrating on the opportunities that are available to get it paid , trust me...opporunities will show up !!!
Cheers

Terrorist Attack
I attended a seminar, last Friday. There is one point the speaker mentioned that make me keep on pondering.
"People are busy talking about terrorists striking here and there, but have you ever stopped and thought about the terrorist that is in our head? The one who is shooting down our dreams and ambitions. The one who is stopping us in our tracks. The one that is making us worthless? What are you going to do about that terrorist?", the speaker asked.
It's in fact a very relevant question. We can do something about it. We tend to think and analyze others. Have we ever stop by and analyze ourselves instead? Do we really know ourselves well enough? Do we really know what we really want or what is our true purpose?
This is a very vital question to be asked by everyone. This is a vital step that needs to be taken.

Francis Attracted A 5 Dollar Note
A few months ago, I got a call from Francis, my ex-colleague, to have a lunch together. Apparently he has left the company we both worked for last time and joined a new company near my current employer. Without any hesitation, I accepted his invitation and met up with him.
Over the lunch, we have shared a lot of news and stories about our work, as usual. In our conversation, we have also talked about my trips and the discussion get extended to the Law of Attraction/The Secret. We have exchanged a lot of 'Q&A', especially on the application of Law of Attraction and reasons that prevent the manifestation to realized.
Since I have heard a great yet simple success story, I shared with him how my friend successfully attracted a 50 dollar note from the street and suggested him to try the same.
"Francis, when we attract a million dollar or a BMW, it tends to realize very slowly or even not showing any sign of it happening. How about just start with something small, see it happen, let the evidence to strengthen your believe. Once the doubt is reduced, the 'Allowing' will lead the manifestation to kick-in faster and stronger. Just try to attract a 50 dollar note like what my friend has done and see the result for yourself.'
We had a great lunch and we parted to get back to our respective office. When I sat down on my workstation and was about to continue with my work, I received a SMS/text message from Francis - 'Huat Heng, can you believe that I just pick up a 5 dollar note?'.
I was so pleased to see the Law of Attraction at work again and the evidence Francis experienced. Hope this will also help you as a 'quick start' in successfully applying the Law of Attraction.

New Year Resolution
It will be approximately 5 weeks left before the new year of 2009. Besides enjoying the upcoming festive holidays, I believe it's a great time to review the 'achievement' in the year of 2008 and also listing some new goals for 2009.
In fact, I have to admit that I have never come up with any new year resolution for over 27 years of my life until I started it in the year of 2006. Since then, I have make it a habit to review and set the resolution annually because I have started to see improvements in my life!
'Personal Transformation' is the theme for my new year resolution in 2008. I have spent massive efforts in identifying my weaknesses, seek expertise advices and execute some plans to improve myself to be a better person. Besides, I have also expand my views with several trips to new places this year.
I have visited 4 countries, 8 cities and 8 airports this year (details as below). Out of these cities, some in my list were not achieved, while some appeared to be 'bonuses' to me. Nevertheless, they were still pleasant trips that expanded my exposure and experience in learning more about the cities, people and countries. There will more interesting new experiences for 2009!
4 Countries
- China
- Vietnam
- Singapore
- Thailand
8 Cities
- Beijing
- Shanghai (twice)
- Hangzhou
- Suzhou
- Ho Chi Minh
- Singapore
- Bangkok (three times)
- Chiangmai
- Kuala Lumpur International Airport
- Beijing Capital International Airport
- Shanghai Pudong International Airport
- Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport
- Tan Son Nhat Internation Airport
- Singapore Changi Airport
- Suvarnabhumi Airport
- Chiangmai Airport
In the coming year, I would like to theme it 'Rejuvenating 2009'- a year for re-build and enhancement.
I highly recommend that you also write down your goal/new year resolution (if you have not started doig so) as it will help you to have a clearer picture of your direction you are heading to, helps you to review your course of actions and realign them back if you are off the course. You may try the approach James Arthur Ray taught.
Simply, we need 3 big pieces of paper. Then label them as the following:
- WHAT I WANT TO BE
- WHAT I WANT TO DO
- WHAT I WANT TO HAVE
Start on the WHAT I WANT TO BE sheet, start writing down all the things you want to be, in the aspects of physical, mental and spiritual, for five minutes without letting your pen stop.
Then continue with the WHAT I WANT TO DO and WHAT I WANT TO HAVE with the same aspects as above for 5 minutes non-stop respectively.
From the list you have made, you may want to categorize them by short term, medium term and long term goal. You may also create your own Visualization Board and place it in front of your desk to always remind yourself about these goals.
Once you can clearly see the vision and starts to manifest, you will experience the great achievements.
I wish you all the best for the coming year of 2009!

Change
Many people are affected by it. Many people spend sleepless nights over it. There are different changes in life. Change of bosses at work, change of teachers in school, change of economic environment.
Some people embrace it. Many people despise it.
I am sure at some point you would have stopped to think why there are so many changes. Why is this happening to me? I wish things where like the good old days. So how do we handle it? How do we address it?
I would like to share with you an experience I faced when I was travelling in a bus during a weekend to Penang. Normally, just to kill time, I like to listen to motivational audio tapes.
That particular day, I was listening to this tale from an author of the book “Who moved my cheese”. For those who don’t know, it’s a book relating to how to deal with change.
I found it very interesting and many points from that book changed some perceptions of mine. So I feel this is good to share them with you all.
WHAT
So what is this story about?
There are 4 characters. 2 are mice and two are little men-Hem and Haw. They all live in maze and live on cheese. Each character has its own characteristics. Well, cheese is a metaphor for our career, life, interests…etc.
Their daily job is to search for cheese in the maze. This involves running around in the maze and locates the cheese to survive. Now this task goes on day after day.
Apparently one day the group stumbles on a area in the maze having a huge reserve of cheese. They are all very happy.
The little men think they have arrived and became complacent. They decide to settle in that area of the maze. While the mice continue to be alert the human become complacent that they already accomplished what it takes and decided to settle down. As time goes by, supply dwindles and one day the cheese is no more. Hem is very angry. “Why is this happening to me? I don’t deserve this!” he shouted.
Does this sound familiar? While Hem is arguing with Haw, the mice look at the situation of no cheese, realize its change, take the running gear off their necks and start to search for new cheese.
They didn’t over-analyze things. They were prepared.
After a few days of starving, Haw - the little person, has a change in mind. He laughs at himself for his folly. He feels helpless but realizes that sitting there fuming over what happened is not going to solve the problem.
He decides to move on and find new cheese. He is scared because he has not done it in a long time. Hem tries to persuade him with ‘what if there is no cheese out there?’…etc.
Haw does not want to listen to him. He decides to start searching for cheese with the end picture in mind.
Initially it’s not a good feeling running into the dark corridors coming out from the comfort zone. But as time progresses, he begins to love what he is doing. He begins to believe in himself. Ultimately, he finds his cheese.
WHY
Why is this tale being told? How significant is to me? There are times in life when everything goes smoothly, we are complacent and we don’t want to take risks anymore. And suddenly changes happen. And most of the people are helpless.
HOW
What could be done? I really felt that one should act like what Haw did- to move on with clear picture of the end result in mind, which is cheese :) He laughed at his own folly of not acting earlier and started to find new cheese.
You will be surprised what the mind can churn up when it’s charged or instructed accordingly.
We need to look at things positively and act swiftly without over-analyzing things.
As what Haw did in the story, by letting go and beginning to search for new cheese, he trusted what lay ahead and started to feel good again. Ultimately he found new cheese.
The same happened to me at work. I feel better again and people tend to notice too.
Many a times it’s the fear that holds people back. As Haw found the new reserve of better quality cheese, he wrote on the wall this quote, “When you move beyond fear, you become free and happy”.

Universal Law of Circulation
Every aspect of human beings is in constant cyclic reaction. I’m sharing my experience from all the religious and metaphysical books I’ve read and from the events that is shaping around the globe.
Be it love, money, good will or even bad intentions, trust me that whatever you spread around is going to come back to you
Universal Law of Circulation is very important for us to know if we are to manifest our desires in the Metaphysical world. Law of Attraction and The Secret stresses on how to get things. But before that, the angels or devas need to know whether we truly deserve it.
There is on the other hand- the law of Karma- your soul deeds on your previous birth, current life Karma - but to counter whatever bad things we did on our previous lives can be dissolved slowly by doing prayers and follow this “3 code of conduct – do good, be good, good thought”.
If we want to receive our desires- first we must spread around to others exactly what we want and must do it with a grateful heart. Then the cycle will complete when our desires match or in sync with the desires of others involved in our intention. All this will happen on an invisible, vibratory level.
All sentient beings circulate energy, and when we voice our clear intentions to the universe the energy is circulated. We may think, we are not related to events or humans who are far apart from us. But remember, all living things came from ONE source no matter what differences we have. All of us are interrelated.
We can see the Law of Circulation is working in our lives when after we have made our desires known to the Universe, synchronistic events begin to happen. And after sometime our desire begin to materialize.
Giving to others the very thing we intend to draw into our live starts a physic chain reaction in the universe. Angels/Devas are very merciful – Gifts multiple as it spread from person to person and then returns to us multiplied.
We need not tell everyone what we are to manifest. Spread your intention in subtle ways.
For example, if you want to have more money or want the flow of money to increase in your life, you must give it away – By the way don’t make yourself go broke in the process, but rather just give a portion of generous amount and give it to those in need and the places, or person who teaches you and inspires your spiritual growth, such as temples, churches, mosques or any charitable organizations. That’s as good as money in the bank!
But do not give money to people who would HOARD it, don’t expect to get any back, let alone a multiplied return. And importantly, you must give without expecting to receive. If your motivation is to give money to make a show of your gratitude and get more money back – forget it. The gods are wise and know you are not totally good-intentioned. Better start of by plenty of affirmations to ward of greed and fear from your mentality first.
Selfless service demonstrates to the God and all of his devas/angels that you are thankful for the opportunity to live and thrive and more importantly show to others that you want the best for others, too.

Don't Care The How, Just Ask and You Will Get it
I love these statement... I got all I want if only I am wise enough to be as simple as just asking and leave it till I receive it... I am a planner, I love to want something, then I plan, and then hoping my plan to work.. But it din't work dat way in life... Life is actually too simple but humans complicate it... We want something, we plan, we struggle, we resist, then eventually when we get it, I guess it's no longer trully wat we want.. Or maybe we can only do so much, do whatever it takes, but if we don't get it means we don't get it...
I have experienced many times just being so simple, ask, then do what i have to do, what came to me, and I go with the flow.. In the end the results is just what I wanted and sometimes better than I expected.. The process to get what we want is unpredictable, so why do we struggle so much? We have to go through it anyway... I always relate it to a journey, lets say we want to travel from KL to Singapore.. We know the road from KL to Singapore already.. If we predict there is a jam at this time, and we try to skip it and travel another time... What if there is an accident just right on the time we choose to travel? And it may delay.. Does it make any different if we travel earlier or later? We will still arrive Singapore... The worries we create destroy our mood, destroy our excitment to Singapore.. Why ruin it since we will arrive there anyway? How we arrive is never what we really can predict or plan.. But the more we can go with the flow, all the thing that could happen may seems to be obstacle become a story of your journey.. When you arrive at your destination, thats when you can be happy being there and plus a memory of your journey... :P
I own a cafe with my family... We work well in it and never expect to sell it so soon.. But things just happen unexpectedly, two of my main chefs ran away.. It's unpredictable and mom got panic.. She wanted to let go the cafe as fast as possible.. But we trully can't just leave the cafe as we still have a deposit with the landlord and of course our initial investment that cost around 100k... I can't just lose it all.. Mom has no heart to retrain new chef and I'm totally no way to take over the cooking part... keke.. maggie mee is fine... So i try to work this out.. don't care the how, just ask...
I usually do this by writing it on my phone, typing an sms and save it to draft... I wrote, 'I want to sell this cafe by mid of June for at least 90k smoothly'... and I am honestly telling you, it just happened as i asked... And my cafe was hand-over to the new owner on 15th June 2008... There are many doubts from my parents side, what if they cannot start so fast? What if the management don't aprove, what if this and that? I don't care, I just do everything, as if I already sold the cafe.. Unexpectedly, the management approve instantly, and the buyer agreed with everything.. And the buyer love everything in the cafe including my signboards.. which all these easier for me to let go... This is only one of my experience that it works.. There are more amazing stories in my life... I can't wait to share... :P
So, don't care the HOW, Just Ask and You'll get it.....

Changes?
To me "Changes" is a "Sign To Receive" or I called it a "Gate"... A gate that awaiting us to open...
A gate to receive more from life... A gate of reward... I believe so much that what is behind the gate is trully more of what I expected, I can't wait to open it, I can't wait to receive my reward,
I just can't wait...
But usually when changes occur, my first reaction is panic, then resist, then afraid, then doubt, then confuse, then dissapointed and all negative thoughts went on and on till I forgot that it is actually a sign of finding the right key to open a gate to receive more from life or it's time to reap what I have sow...
I have an experience of being disable for almost 2 years when I was 23 years old... I just graduated with a mind of building my career.. From an energetic person that talk fast, do things fast and walk fast to a person that couldn't talk much, couldn't do anything and definately couldn't walk anymore... This change really put alot of questions into my mind but with my physical pain, I just bother to find way of healing instead finding the right key to open my gate! Thinking back, the moment I recover is the moment I actually found my right key to the gate of more... Its amazing...
The right key to open my gate is to "Let Go" the resistance of the changes and "Accept" that changes is a gate for more.... Once I let go, that is when I started to receive more from life... The moment I start to heal is when I already let go and accept my own definition of changes... I accepted that yes I couldn't move freely anymore, but my life is still going right.. I start to continue my life, from working at home to starting a cafe of my own... I learn to be patient, my relationship with my family is tremendously close as i always wish to be, I am more connected to my true self, to GOD, and I have bring health into my family and myself.. I have found the best doctor in the world that able not to cure me but also to maintain my family's health that I believe can happen from now till forever... I have found the kid in me which I feel younger in my heart than I was before... There are more what I have gain from this changes in my life, those are the main ones..
But my impatience always confuse me to use the right key to open my gate.... So if the question came to me when wil the gate open? The time for the gate to open is the time I use to switch my mind from believing this changes is bad for me instead of believing that the changes is to receive more of what I want in life.. It not difficult but its not easy either.. It's possible!
May all of us able to recognise this... If there is a change in your life that seems bad for you, be excited about it instead of being fearful... Why resist the change when you know it's only a path to go through to your gift that is waiting for you to receive?
