Love is a universal language. Every soul that roams around this planet has the ability to feel and give love.
But what is lacking in today's world? From the events that shape our world today, clearly there is something lacking with humans.
Greediness & hatred are the main contributors to the situation of our planet today.
Excessive desirous of wealth of certain powerful nation has produced ill effect on our planetary eco-system. Global warming is slowly changing the climate of the earth and extinction of many species is slowly becoming a reality.
On the other hand, hatred among races, religion and country are becoming rampant. Why? What is the cause? …..simple “WE ARE THE CAUSE”…
Let’s look at this 2 basic values which can do wonders…Love and forgiveness….
Love – Many people think that love is only affection towards parents, lovers, children and friends. But the “love” I’m referring to is the benevolent affection towards all beings on this planet. Only a number of people have this affection – Saints, Swamis and some religious leaders (eg. Dalai Lama).
According to Metaphysicians, “Everything on earth –even objects without life, has 3 things attached to it, angels, spirits and the energy of the object”. All of us have some energy field around our body, angels that assigned to us by god upon our birth and also spirits. Spirits can be either positive or negative energy. If negative spirits attach to us, then we will have problems. Remember, if we hurt a person, it is not only we are hurting him/her but also the angels & spirits that are attached to them. By doing prayers, meditation, doing good deeds & being good increases our positive vibes around our body and allow angels to communicate with us and also elevate us to higher level of consciousness.
So if we start looking at people and things as something beyond physical – as energy from god we can change our perception, we would not vandalise properties and hurt others. First of all, it is not difficult to give a smile to every living creature, to speak politely, to do good deeds, being compassionate, to offer a helping hand, and to create a win-win situation among us.
Every single creature on this earth has a role to play and the right to live life. Let us not compare our skin color, religion and race as all of us are god’s creatures. All of our souls are from the same source.
Forgiveness – this is a powerful compassionate tool. Often, our ego is stronger than our compassionate feelings and thus blocks our sense of forgiveness. We do block our mental energy by locking up all those bad memories of the past and emotions in our brain. This will not allow us to attract the things we want in our lives. What you have to do now is forgive (Joe Vitale : The Key 97)
From my experience, after breaking up with my girlfriend, I felt that I was taken for granted and cheated. I’d failed to forgive myself and my ex-girlfriend. As for nearly 2 years, the mental block of not forgiving has made me not to attract romantic love life.
After such incident, I always ponder why this has to happen but fail to realise the lesson that it imparted on my soul. I’ve started seeking answers by prayers and meditation, after sometime I’ve started receiving messages- from books, people & article on how to forgive. Note that why I’ve mention prayers and meditation to seek answers. By praying and meditating, we can send messages to the cosmic energy of the universe for guidance. The cosmic energy (eg. angels, spirits) will guide us to the answer. Here, my answer came from books, people and articles.
After learning about forgiveness, I’ve began to forgave myself and my ex-girlfriend. After sometime, we became friends. And miraculously, I’d able to attract the romantic love life again.
Let us start sharing love and learn to forgive. We have to be the CHANGE we want to see in this world.

Meeting Michael J. Losier In Person
I was first introduced to The Secret in November 2006 by my mentor from Singapore after I returned from my UK trip. He showed me the DVD video of The Secret for 30-40 min. I was first impressed with the production of the video, especially the introduction (first 5 minutes of the video). Then, I come to realize the secret- the Law of Attraction. I continuously watch the video everyday for 2 weeks, it sounds crazy, but I was really indulge in what the secret is and how to apply it to change my life. When the book was first available in Malaysia, I bought it without hesitation. From there on, my life have really changed, of course it becomes better. I continue to share with my close friends about it and we realize more and more people also come to know about the secret eventually. And most of us have also appreciate that it works! I see it a definite, since it's a Law, just like our Law of Gravity. It can't be wrong.
However, many of us were stuck in one similar situation, which is how to apply the secret easily in any arena we tried to achieve what we want. The Secret explains that we 'Ask, Receive and Accept'. It's quite conceptual to most of us, until I found the book Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier. I use it as my workbook in applying the secret. The explanations and step-by-step guides are simple and straight-forward. It helps me to achieve more of what I wanted.
Amazing things continue to happen and I believe it's Law of Attraction that led me to have a chance to meet Michael J. Losier in person yesterday at the Borders bookstore in The Curve. He started off by giving a quick overview of Law of Attraction, introducing the 'coincidence', 'serendipity', 'lucky' occurrences we encounter, positive or negative 'vibes' (vibration) that we project and words we use, which are related to the understanding of Law of Attraction. He then explained the 3-Step Formula for Deliberate Attraction, which are Identify Your Desire, Give Your Desire Attention and Allow It. These are elaborated in his book in detail.
Besides, I like his analogy in explaining how our mind response to the 3 words that we should avoid (Don't, Not and No). He advised us to imagine the Law of Attraction as the Internet Search Engine, when we are asking for what we desire, but not what we are trying to avoid. For instance, when we are late for work and want a smooth driving towards the office, we tend to ask 'No traffic jam'. However, the attention of the mind is on 'traffic jam' instead of 'no traffic jam'. Similarly, in the Internet Search Engine, if we do not want to search for topics related to football, if we enter 'Not football' in the search phrase, because the Internet Search Engine does not know 'Not' and therefore it will display results related to 'football'.
Michael ended the session with an autograph session. Gajen, YC (my new friend, who is Gajen's friend whom I met at this session) and I got Michael's signature and close-up photograph with him. Furthermore, we have shared with him about this blog and he has advised us in the best approach to share Law of Attraction to the rest. It was really a fruitful session.

Treat Your Thought As A Switch
Thoughts flash into your mind every instant. Some are uplifting, some depressing and some have no sense or meaning attached to it.
What is required to be successful and have a happy life? What is the difference between saints and normal people? Why most of the initial ones contended while the latter ones stressed out and burnt out in many cases. Don’t they have problems that we don’t have?
Concentration, abstinence is a big challenge for them as compared with the challenges we face in our daily lives. It is not much of a difference.
It is the thought process. Ask yourself whenever you get a negative thought (upsetting, blaming, jealous thoughts), what do you do? Most of the time, you either blame yourself, blame others go on self fulfilling prophecy and what you fear / dread becomes true!
Is this fruitful? Regardless if it is good or bad, said and done, you have to face the situation at the end of the day. The person who clears the mess is the person who initially either accepted the issue at hand or denied it.
How do u handle this. To start with, treat the vibe (thought) you get like a switch. When you have a negative incident, negative thought - don’t fight it - accept it and turn it off with positive ones.
Switch off the negative thoughts and switch on the positive ones. BE REALISTIC THOUGH.
The positive ones are the thoughts you believe in. The thoughts/ beliefs you live by.
Not some wishful thinking or just wondering like ‘oh my universe/god! I think positive, you save me.’ You are going to be let down. You got to believe it. You got to say, ‘No matter what the outcome will be, I have the ability to come out of this and I will do it.’
I will give you two examples. I am running a project for a health services company. I am very passionate about this as I will be able to contribute something positive to society on its completion. Currently, due to work obligations, my hands are full. I am tired and cursing myself for taking this up. I can’t think on the write up I am supposed to give this company.
This vibe/thought goes on for 1 hour and I feel down in dumps. On one side, the brain tells me, ‘You got to start something’. But, on another side, my unreasonable mind tells me ‘Damn, I don’t have time, I don’t deserve this… blah blah’.
I asked myself which I believe in most.
Suddenly a thought flashes in the mind. As what T. Harv Eker (author of Millionaire Mind) said, ‘you make sure reality, whether it’s good or bad". I asked myself, ‘What if this task is already completed, how would I feel? What would it be if I can get this project running? My long term goal in life is accomplished! What more would I want?’
I pulled up a notepad and scribbled down ideas to do to get me out of this mess. Split the tasks into action items. In 15 minutes, there is some fruitful direction shaping up. I called up a friend and asked for help. We spent the next 4 hours strategizing. In the next few minutes, I have a call with the company and I must say I am well prepared.
How did I achieve this? It’s due to a 1 minute positive thinking backed by solid belief. Therefore, switch off the negative thoughts and switch on positive ones.
The second incident I believe you can relate to is when you are stuck in a traffic jam. I got stuck near Pantai Dalam on Thursday, Mar 6th 2008, because of some election rally for 50 minutes. Instead of cursing and swearing (which I did for a little over 1 min), I thought of using the “Switch thoughts “concept. I started to pause and think of what needs to done when I reach home, what I haven’t done for past 1 week or month due to lack of time. What would make me proud with a sense of achievement and peacefulness. I have identified, at that particular instance, so many things that had been neglected and what could be done to speed up the current process. Once I got home, straightaway I got into the work and cleared some tasks, which I was not able to a few days ago.
I am striving to apply this concept now for almost everything and can see results every time so far. End result is amazing. The feeling of helplessness was replaced with confidence and expectation.
Remember to treat your thoughts like a switch. The depressing ones, switch them off and replace with the promising, uplifting thoughts which you “believe” in.

Power of Positive Thoughts
When you allow negative feelings/thoughts into your mind, the energy field around your body will attract negative forces, and this will create a blockage in your brain and stop or delay the fruits of the task or duty.
I believe all of us have experience negative thoughts/feeling running into our mind sometimes. If you rethink the time when you had the negative feelings/thoughts, you can realize the power of the negative forces and the outcome.
Personally from my experience, once at work, while I was performing my duty as an engineer, I was working on a high priority problem and all of a sudden my Laptop crashes, this is it! Frustration and anger fill up my mental space and on the other hand my boss was bugging me to get the job done immediately, Because of anger I spoke rudely to my boss , and after I got the replacement laptop, I was still feeling frustrated and angry, and I continued to work on the problem, Normally it would take me 1 or 2 hours to resolve the problem But in this case, I took nearly 3 hours to resolve it excluding the time of the replacement laptop and time to get on the job again.
Anger and frustration created a block up in my mental space and my brain was not optimized.
I could have turn things around by remaining calm and not allow anger to take control of my brain. If I remain calm (positive thought/feeling) I would not diminish my image by speaking rudely to my boss and I would have solved the problem within the timeframe of 1 or 2 hours as how I would normally perform.
By just simply running positive thoughts/feelings when you are in a bad mood, you can turn things dramatically. For example, if you are angry, just think of a person you are close to and run the thought of fun times together you had previously. This makes your anger to reside and eventually you can attract calmness. There are many ways of attracting positive thoughts actually, eg. recite prayers, meditation, thinking of the fun times you had, or by just simply talking to your loved ones over the phone for few minutes.
Steps to shift from negative to positive thoughts/feeling:-
1) Remain Calm – Take few deep breath
2) Think of something positive – eg. recite prayers, meditation
3) Access the situation
4) Think of ways to resolve the issue with the best interest of everyone involved
I know that shifting from negative thoughts to positive is not easy for most of us. , but as for start practice it for daily small problems –practice makes perfect- Good luck
